SPC Secured Loan Fund LLC (SPC) provides funding for:
• Private (hard) money first position trust deeds
• REO acquisitions
• Note acquisitions
• Competitor & Bank participations
SPC will consider the following for its portfolio:
• All borrower types including individuals & legal entities
• All real estate types
• For any business purpose
SPC will not fund:
• Loans smaller than $250,000.
• Single use properties
• Properties with hazardous exposure
• 1-4 family residential
• Loan-to-own (borrowers must demonstrate ability to debt service)
SPC rate and fee:
• Cost of funds are commensurate with the market and specific to each transaction. Call for an indication. In all cases, we are committed to providing benefit to the client that exceeds the cost of funds.
