Secured Private Capital, LLC (SPC) is the principal manager of the SPC Secured Loan Fund. The SPC Fund is unleveraged and therefore not restricted by bank approvals or the secondary market. This means we can react to time sensitive transactions using a purely common sense approach to loan safety. Consequently, because our Fund is private investor capital it is not subject to the volatility and rapid fluctuations of Wall Street.
