Kurt Lefteroff, CPA, RPA, MBA, MIM
Mr. Lefteroff's deep well of experience includes positions at KPMG Peat Marwick & Co.; Jack Kent Cooke Inc., and Grubb and Ellis Company. His diverse real estate experience includes high-rise office development, shopping center development, financing, leasing, investment sales and management.
In 1996, Mr. Lefteroff founded Pacific Ridge Properties, Inc. an Arizona and California focused commercial real estate investment and real estate development company.
Mr. Lefteroff is a Certified Public Accountant, a designated Real Projects Administrator (RPA) of the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI), and holds an Arizona Real Estate License. His professional memberships and community service have included Northern Arizona University Foundation Board, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants, International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, Arizona World trade Association, Junior Achievment / Project Business, and the Cajun Foundation. He has a BA degree from the University of Arizona, an MBA from Arizona State University, and a Masters of International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).
