Martin Sanders
An active investor in Arizona commercial real estate since moving to the Phoenix area in 1997, Mr. Sanders has been a participant in a number of successful commercial development projects including Paseo Ranch, Ironwood office suites, Broadway Albertsons Center, The Village at Las Sendas and Paradise Valley Office Suites. Today, as a principle and founding partner, Martin oversees key investor relationships.
Mr. Sanders comes from the EMC Corporation where he served as their Vice President of the Telecom/Media and Entertainment Division. With 2007 revenues of 13.2 Billion and more than 37,000 employees, EMC is the world's leading developer and provider of information infrastructure technology solutions. He was responsible for driving the company's growth and leadership among the company's largest worldwide customers. Mr. Sanders is a guest lecturer at the Ira Fulton School of Engineering at Arizona State University. Prior experience includes Director of Western Sales Operations at Stratus Computer and positions with the Hewlett-Packard Company. Mr. Sanders holds a Bachelor in Science degree in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia and he attended the Executive Education Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
